We received a report of this script on the 11th December at 9:31am and decided not to publish since it is clearly not true. However since the news story is starting to do the rounds we wanted to posted the "report" we received to help highlight the background of the document

Below is the news submission we received. Again the script is fake, it does not fit with what is known regarding the fourth live action Transformers film and contains references to characters which will be too costly to put onto the big screen and not enough Human focus:

The other day he was going about his business, when he came upon the document that is linked below. Needless to say he was torn given the implications, but took a risk and saved it from destruction. He passed it along to me to let me weigh in on it, and I do believe this is worthy. What is has going for it:
 
It pretty much meshes with everything that has been revealed so far, and promises to be an epic story.
 
What it doesn't have going for it:
 
It was in a disposal bin aw aiting destruction.
 
So it could be one of two things, an early draft, which is being revised, or there were one to many copies floating around so they decided to elminate the excess. Either way I think it's significant since it lets us know what they are thinking...

Thanks to Big Bad Toy Store, we can now share two new images of the upcoming Transformers Prime Beast Hunters Predaking figure which includes a first-look at the toys robot form.  The images, which can be viewed below, confirm that the toy is also a homage to the Transformers Cybertron Scourge figure, or as he was known in Japan　Transformers Galaxy Force Flame Convoy．

The robot mode has a head sculpt which fits in very well with the recent Transformers Prime designs, though for a voyager class figure, he almost looks as if he has been scaled down.  The final version of the toy we expect to see paint-application changes, especially on the silver drafgon heads, though Hasbro have designed to figure to not require that many paint applications to help keep down the cost.

Simon Furman has updated his Wordpress Blog with a new article titled "Script (W)rap – Transformers RG1 #85" which, as you should be able to guess from the title, covers his preview of Regeneration One issue 85 which sees the conclusion of the "Loose Ends" story arc.  Simon makes mention, within his blog, the posting a spoiler free preview was going to be very difficult, but he has promised a true smackdown of Optimus Prime Vs Megatron, a real first for the "Generation One" story.  Simon explains his thoughts on this "Pretty much everyone now knows it features what I hope is the most titanic and revealing Prime/Megatron clash ever. I’d always felt vaguely unsatisfied that the two towering titans of Transformers-dom had never really had an appropriately epic smackdown in the (original) comic series. Circumstances and story direction just seemed to have them in different corners of the storyline, or the clashes would end in stalemate. When I came on the (US) book, with issue #56, the first thing on my mind was to get Megatron back in the fray. But through twists and turns (of my own devising) somehow I could never get them face-to-face, toe-to-toe (if you discount the Mega-Ratchet combo fight with Prime, where it’s fair to say Megatron wasn’t exactly feeling himself).".

In a shocking turn of events, Hasbro UK have replied to a question raised on Facebook by Mathew Shatford regarding a possible UK release of both the Beast Hunters toyline AND the Generations Platinum Edition.

Matthew asked "Are there any plans for the recently announced Transformers: Prime Beast Hunters line to be released in the UK? And the same question for the Generations Platinum Edition toys (Optimus Prime and Omega Supreme from their Energon mold counterparts)" to which a representative of Hasbro UK responded with "Hi Mathew, the Beast Hunters toy line will be released in the UK in May of next year. We're hoping to bring the Generations Platinum Edition toys in too, but can't confirm anything just yet. Hope this helps!"

Just when you thougth the Alternity line was dead TakaraTomy have announced a retool of their Convoy figure as Super GT Optimus Prime.  The toy is the same base as the previous Alternity release only with a spoiler on the back.  The image is a little blurred but can be seen below.

TransformerToys.co.uk has been updated with a new news story called The Transformers Museum Toy Display Video Tour is now available.

Back in July we recorded a video tour of our Transformers display which we have dubbed as "The Transformers Museum". Well, we've finally gotten around to recording the narration for the video and have now uploaded it onto YouTube for your viewing pleasure.  You can find it on YouTube where it's titled "Transformers Toy Collection: Transformers Display Room from Transformers At The Moon" or by clicking the plug-in below.  The video is available in 240p,360p,480p and 1080p for those with HD support and a fast internet connection.

The sound-bite at the end is Lorenzo Di Bonaventura and was recorded during the International Junket for the first live-action Transformers film when Moonbug got to interview him for the website.
